Policy 101 Electronic Meetings and Meeting Attendance
Policy Statement
It is the policy of the Upper Grand District School Board (board) to provide for the use of electronic means to hold and participate in meetings of the Board of Trustees (Board) and of committees of the Board, including a committee of the whole Board, in order to meet the requirements set out in Ontario Regulation 463/97.
