How to access student report cards

Parent/guardians will need to create an account (if they do not already have one) with the Upper Grand before they can download their child's report card. Account Set up. Parents/guardians must create their account using the email that is registered with the school or it will not work.

Once you have an account or if you already have one, please use this link Parent Portal-Report Cards to sign into the system, once you are logged in you should be able to see all of your students, choose the appropriate student, then "click Personal and then Digital Documents" to access the report cards.

How to access report cards/attendance through the Student Portal

GCVI students can also access their report cards through Edsembli for students

Student Portal Link: Edsembli Connect (Student Portal)

User name: log in-First 3 letters of your "Usual Name" followed by your full last name. do not include spaces,hyphens, or special characters.

Example: Samual Smith-Jones would be samsmithjones or Jim Winters would be jimwinters

Password: The password for the Student portal is the student's 9-digit OEN#, which can be located on the students report card or student card.

Do not include spaces, or hypens.

User name: samsmithjones

Password: 123456789

Then hit login and it will take you to your student profile and then you click on Personal to see your report cards or Attendance to see your Attendance in each class.
