At the April 15, 2025, Finance & Facilities Committee Meeting, UGDSB Trustees will receive Boundary Review Report-5-Update Report, which provides an update on the development of additional options related to this boundary review process.
The reports, Online Lookup Tool, FAQ document and all other information can be found on our New Guelph SS Boundary Review webpage. A new Timeline and Summary Document have been created and added to the webpage for further detail.
Staff are developing new options based on feedback from the community and will be presenting them in Report 6 at the May Finance & Facilities Committee. When the report is released, additional notice will be provided to all school communities. A new survey will be available at that time and another Public Information Session will be held to provide feedback on the new options.
Additionally, staff are arranging to translate the above noted Summary Document into several alternative languages, and to provide interpreters at the Public Information Session in May.
Details of the Additional Options and next Public Information Session will be available and communicated in early May.
