Parent/Teacher Interviews

2:30 pm - 4:30 pm and 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm
How to sign up:
The Portal ( https://webapp.ugdsb.on.ca/pti/Account/Login ) to sign up for interviews will open on Wednesday Oct. 9 at 4:00 pm and close at 12:00 pm Tuesday Oct. 15. Please sign up for each of your students' teachers.
Slots are 5 minutes per teacher with a limit of 1 per teacher.
Those who cannot make it, please reach out to teachers for an update on your students' progress.
In order to run the 2 sessions the school will have a shortened day. The schedule is as follows
School Schedule
Period 1 9:15 – 10:10
Period 2 10:15 – 11:10
Lunch 11:10 – 12:05 – note lunch is 55 minutes
Period 3 12:05 – 1:00
Period 4 1:05 – 2:00
Note Busses will run on their normal schedule
