The Upper Grand District School Board (UGDSB) and WCDSB, in partnership with Pine River Institute’s Centre for Family Initiatives, are excited to present the next session in the Positive Parenting Webinar Series.
On Thursday, April 3, 2025, at 7:00 p.m., families are invited to attend "Building Our Stretch Zone," an interactive session designed to help parents and caregivers understand the balance between comfort, stretch, and panic zones.
Participants will explore strategies to build resilience, improve communication, and recognize when to challenge or support their child.
