Guelph, ON – The Upper Grand District School Board is pleased to announce it has ratified collective agreements with two local union partners, completing this round of local negotiations.

Agreements have been ratified with the following bargaining units:

  • OSSTF – District 18, Secondary Teachers Bargaining Unit (TBU) 

  • OSSTF – District 18, Secondary Occasional Teachers Bargaining Unit (OTBU) 

Agreements had previously been ratified with the following bargaining units:

  • OSSTF – Professional Student Services Personnel (PSSP)

  • ETFO – Upper Grand Teacher

  • ETFO – Upper Grand Occasional Teacher 

  • OSSTF District 18, Educational Student Support Personnel & Registered/Designated Early Childhood Educators (ESSP/RDECE) 

  • OSSTF – Office, Clerical & Technical (OCT)

  • CUPE Local 256, Custodial and Maintenance

  • CUPE Local 256, ESL

The agreements cover the period from September 1, 2022, to August 31, 2026.
