The Upper Grand District School Board (UGDSB) recognizes its primary responsibility under the Education Act is to provide education to qualified resident students in the UGDSB. The board establishes school attendance areas to support equitable and effective program offerings in all schools and it is expected that Regular English-language Track students will register at and attend their designated home school for their attendance area. This supports the board's ongoing efforts to meet the needs of its students, maintain balanced enrolment at all schools, and ensure an efficient use of space while supporting long-term accommodation planning.
