Hello prospective grade 8 students and parents!  Welcome to your digital homepage!   The content here is designed to provide you with important information about transitioning to grade 8 at our fantastic school. Grade 8 Night

Grade 8 night will be held Thursday, November 14, 2024 at 6pm.  Individuals from all departments will be in attendance to answer your questions.

6pm is a guidance presentation in ELFox followed by time to explore the building and meet with various departments.

Academic Planning and Selecting Courses

Guidance staff will be visiting all grade 8 feeder schools in the month of January to help plan your course selection. Here are some additional resources to help you if you need them:

Course Selection is Due on or Before January 31st.

Students From Outside Schools, School Boards or Private Schools

If you are planning on registering at Ross from another high school, an elementary school that does not feed into Ross, a private school, or if you are from out of board, please make an appointment in January by calling the appropriate Vice Principal’s office below.
