At John F. Ross, the English Department assists in fostering a love of life long reading and learning through the examination of varied media texts and through the development of meaningful responses in written, spoken, and visual presentations. We challenge students with critical thinking and communication tasks so that they may experience life as more literate and more cerebral beings.
