Students working remotely can support your work in many ways, including but not limited to: social media, website design/management, graphic design, low-risk physical tasks such as mailings, and accounting tasks/reports. The legal authority for the collection of this information is the Education Act (including but not limited to sections 169.1-173) and the Ontario Curriculum, Grades 11 and 12: Cooperative Education 2018, in accordance with the Municipal Freedom and Protection of Privacy Act. Users of this information will be teachers, community employers, and the relevant support staff. This information will be used to administer the program. A copy of this form will be retained for a minimum of 1 year following completion of the course.
