Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph Public Health has informed us that they will be sending home letters to the families of Wolverine students who need to update their immunization records for diseases such as tetanus, measles, mumps, etc.  Students who receive a letter need to get vaccinated or complete the exemption process, and students who do not meet requirements will be suspended from school until they fulfil Public Health’s requirements.  Students may get their vaccinations from their local doctor or at a Public Health clinic.  Please address the immunization letter as soon as possible, or during the winter break, and then report to Public Health so your name is removed from their list.

There will be a clinic at WHSS on January 14th for those remaining few still needing to complete their requirements at that time.  For more information, check out the Public Health link posted on the school website:  https://wdgpublichealth.ca/clinics-classes/high-school-immunization-clinics
