Update:
At approximately 3:45pm, we were informed by the Guelph Police that we may lift the hold and secure at our school.
Dismissal has been delayed, however bus routes will continue to run as usual.
We thank you for your patience and understanding and thank the police for helping to keep our school community safe.

This is an important message from Jean Little Public School.
This afternoon right before dismissal, the Guelph Police placed our school in a hold and secure due to an investigation near our school community.
Our school doors are currently locked and students are not permitted to leave at this time. Student safety is our priority. Students will remain in their classroom until further instructions from the police.
We will continue to keep you updated as we hear more.
