Fluoride Varnish will be offered to all students.
Parents need to register their children here 2024-2025 Fluoride Varnish Registration Form if they would like them to receive fluoride varnish.
Please note that guardians of students who received fluoride varnish at your school on December 5th, 2024, will receive a separate email with sign up instructions for the second application.
