Check out the programs offered through UGDSB Alternative Education @CHSS where our programming provides grade 11 and 12 students with opportunities to graduate with SHSM designation, priority certifications, OYAP opportunities and unique, enhanced programming in Transportation (Auto Mechanics/Auto Body), Hospitality and Tourism (Culinary and Baking), Construction (Building Trades), Health and Wellness (Hairstyling and Aesthetics/Health Care), Horticulture and Landscaping and Manufacturing (Welding and Machining).

Students will gain the skills and certifications needed for high demand careers and receive instruction from knowledgeable staff, learn in state-of-the-art facilities and connect with industry partners through apprenticeships and work experience.
