All volunteers (parents, grandparents, family members over 18) assisting with children at the school must complete a Vulnerable Sector Check, which costs $40.

We are continually looking for parent volunteers for various events. If you’re interested in volunteering, please apply for a Vulnerable Sector Police Check online through Guelph Police and request a Volunteer Agreement from Mrs. Erskine in the school office.
For those who have already submitted a Vulnerable Sector Police Check, you will need to complete a Declaration of Offense for School Volunteers form, available at the office. This allows your current check to be accepted through UGDSB for five years.
We especially welcome volunteers for field trips and would love to have you join us! Please note that the processing time for your Vulnerable Sector Check can vary from a few days to several weeks.
