Each year, Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph (WDG) Public Health reviews student immunization records and notifies parents, guardians and students if a student is missing important vaccines. It is the responsibility of parents and caregivers to ensure their child has an up-to-date record.

The deadline for updating vaccine records with WDG Public Health is March 14, 2025 at 4:00PM.
Your child may be suspended from school starting on March 19, 2025 if they have an incomplete immunization record.
