Summer School 2025

Summer School - High school credits will be offered through asynchronous online learning (elearning) in the summer of 2025 and are open to all students in grades 9 - 12 in all regions of the UGDSB.  These courses will run from July 2 to July 25, 2025.

Summer School Co-op - This is a two-credit program which combines in-class preparation through night school (Wednesday evenings April 9 - May 28) and a work placement July 2 - 25, 2025.  Locations include: Guelph, Centre Wellington, Mount Forest and Dufferin County pending sufficient enrollment.

Grade 8 Reach-Ahead - Grade 8 students may earn a high school credit before entering secondary school in September.  Online learning (asynchronous) courses run from July 2 - 25 and include options for students in French Immersion.  Two specialized program options are offered for in-person learning in Guelph pending sufficient enrollment.

Elementary Literacy and Numeracy Programs - These are 8-day in-person programs (July 2 - 11) for students in grades 6, 7 & 8 who would benefit from support and/or remediation in literacy and/or numeracy.  Locations in Guelph and Orangeville.

All courses are dependent on sufficient enrollment.

Transportation is not provided.
