Interest & Leisure Payment and Refund Policy
Payment must accompany a registration.
Accepted forms of payment are: Visa, Mastercard, cash, cheque or debit.
Post-dated cheques are not accepted
13% HST is applied to Interest and Leisure program registrations where applicable.

In Dufferin: Dufferin Centre to Continuing Education
In North-Wellington: North Wellington Centre for Continuing Education
In Guelph: Wellington Centre for Continuing Education
If Continuing Education must cancel an Interest and Leisure program, participants will be issued a full refund.
If a participant withdraws from a class or program, a $10 fee plus any classes attended will be deducted before a refund is issued.
Refunds are not issued for one-night courses.
Supply fees that may be included in the cost of a course are non-refundable unless the course is canceled by Continuing Education.
Non-attendance is not considered a withdrawal from a program. Discounts, refunds or make-up classes will not be issued.
Every attempt will be made to reschedule classes for Inclement Weather cancellations, however, refunds will not be issued if the class is unable to be made up
If a participant asks for a refund that will be determined on a participant basis - reason, nature of the class etc. Please direct them to the Regional Contact. A $10 refund charge may be applied.
